Privacy
The short version: we collect what we need to answer your message and to see which pages are worth keeping. We do not sell anything to anyone.
01What you give us
If you fill in the callback form, we store your name, the phone number or email you typed, and your message, together with the apartment and dates you were looking at. That is sent to our team chat so someone actually sees it. If you write on WhatsApp, the conversation lives in WhatsApp under their terms, not ours.
02What we measure
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visits, see which apartments get opened, and which pages people leave from. Analytics data is aggregated — it tells us that twelve people looked at a Nahariya apartment, not who they were. IP addresses are anonymised.
03Cookies we set
A visitor identifier that lasts two years, so a return visit is not counted as a new person; a short-lived record of how you first arrived (which link or campaign); and your language choice, so the site opens in Hebrew or Russian next time. Google Analytics and the Meta pixel set their own cookies. None of them read anything else on your device.
04Clicking through to Airbnb or WhatsApp
When you tap a booking button, the click passes through our own link first so we can count it, then forwards you on. We record which apartment, which channel and the dates you had selected — not who you are.
05Who else sees it
Google, for analytics. Meta (Facebook and Instagram), whose pixel counts visits and actions that came from our ads. Telegram, which carries form submissions to our team chat. Airbnb and Booking.com, if you book through them, under their own privacy policies. Nobody else, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries stay with us as long as we might reasonably need them to serve you — a returning guest, a repeat booking. Analytics is kept in aggregate. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.
07Your choices
Write to us to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Blocking cookies in your browser keeps the site working — only the counting stops.
08Children
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
09Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
10Contact
Questions about your data go to the same place as everything else — WhatsApp or email.
