Plain terms for staying in one of our apartments. If something here does not match what you were told in writing, the written agreement wins.
01Who we are
Sababa Homes is a small collection of privately owned apartments in Haifa, Acre and Nahariya, managed by the same team. When you book, your agreement is with the owner of that apartment, and we handle everything around your stay.
02How to book
You can book through Airbnb, through Booking.com, or directly with us on WhatsApp. Booking direct is cheaper because no platform commission is added — we take 10% off the price shown on this site.
03Prices
Prices on this site are per night in Israeli shekels and are a starting point: the final price depends on your dates, the length of stay and the number of guests. The price you are quoted in writing before payment is the price that holds.
04Payment, deposits and cancellation
These depend on where you book. A reservation made on Airbnb or Booking.com follows that platform's payment and cancellation policy, and the platform handles the money. For a direct booking, payment terms and the cancellation window are agreed in writing before you pay. Ask us first if anything is unclear — we would rather explain it twice.
05Check-in and house rules
Check-in and check-out times, the number of guests allowed, and rules on smoking, pets and events differ from apartment to apartment. They are listed on the apartment's own booking page and confirmed in writing before your arrival. Please treat the apartment and the neighbours as you would at home.
06If something goes wrong
Tell us as soon as it happens, on WhatsApp. Most problems — a broken appliance, a missing towel, a noisy street — can be fixed the same day if we know about them. We cannot fix what we hear about only in a review.
07Damage
Ordinary wear is expected and never charged for. Real damage or a missing item is charged at what it costs to repair or replace, with photos and receipts shown to you.
08What is on this site
Photographs are of the actual apartments. We keep availability, prices and descriptions as accurate as we can, but errors happen — nothing on this site is a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
