Where to stay near Haifa cruise port

Haifa's cruise terminal reopened in 2026 and the demand is already shifting: passengers want a night on either side of the ship rather than a rushed transit. All our apartments in the German Colony and downtown are ten to twenty minutes on foot from the terminal — you can walk it with a rolling suitcase.

The night before

Land at Ben Gurion, take the train straight to Haifa Central-Hoshen (45 minutes). Sleep off the jet lag in a real apartment, wake up when your body says so, walk to the ship. We'll leave the fridge stocked and directions in your language — send us your booking confirmation and we'll match arrival to check-in time.

The night after

Disembarking is chaos. The best thing you can do is have a shower and a real bed a ten-minute walk away — and a full day tomorrow to actually see Haifa before flying out. Book two nights post-cruise; you'll thank us on Sunday morning.

Which lines dock here

Norwegian, Celebrity, MSC and Royal Caribbean all use Haifa as an eastern Mediterranean port. Season runs mid-March through November, peaks in June-July and again in October. Most itineraries pair Haifa with Ashdod (Jerusalem), so guests spend either 24 or 48 hours here. Overnight-in-port itineraries are the ones where a real bed makes the biggest difference — book direct with us, we'll leave the WiFi password on the fridge in English.

Walking distance from the terminal

From the Haifa passenger terminal it is fifteen minutes on foot to the German Colony and twenty to the Bankers apartments off Ben Gurion. Roll-suitcase pavements the whole way, a small hill only at the very end. If you have more than one bag or someone with mobility needs, we'll send a driver — ₪60 flat, message us the ship name and your cabin.
